Being part of a well established and successful financial planning firm means we understand the bigger picture and are well placed to support you on your journey. ## Our process, step by step ##### Introduction We’ll arrange a call with you to discuss your mortgage and protection requirements, your current situation and future plans. At the end of the call we'll give you an indication of what’s available to you based on your objectives and priorities. We’ll also outline our fees and request payment so we can get to work on your case straight away. ##### Gathering data and paperwork We’ll ask you to register for our secure client portal, complete your profile and send us your supporting documents. These are bespoke according to your situation but include proof of your identity, address, income and bank statements ##### Research We’ll research the market to find the best option available to you based on your circumstances. ##### Recommendation We’ll send you our recommendation in writing and arrange a further meeting if required. ##### Application We’ll submit your application and liaise with the lender to provide any supporting documents and information they require to support your application to secure your offer.
